How long can I expect for my package to arrive?
5-8 business days once the order is shipped (assuming economy shipping). Remember that this does not take into account the time it takes to process and handle an order as well as your location. Expect 1-2 weeks as a normal amount of time to recieve your package. If it takes longer, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
What should I do if I receive the wrong order?
This is unacceptable to us and we will communicate with you so that you recieve the product you want. If this happens to you, use the contact tab in the main menu to send us a quick note or email us at croaktees@gmail.com.
What charities does CROAK support with it's earnings?
We are supporting American Rivers, a non-profit company that protects wild rivers, restores damaged river ecosystems, and conserves clean water for people and nature, with an eye toward recreationists as well. Afterall, the Earth should be enjoyed!
We are also supporting Watershed Management Group, a nonprofit organization that is based out of Tucson, AZ just like us! WMG's goal is to connect communities and environment to create prosperity for all. They focus on protecting and conserving major watersheds in the Western US and in Northern Mexico. Additionally, desert dwellers can come to them to learn how to efficiently use and harvest water.
